Since 1879 Valserena has been producing Parmigiano Reggiano in the oldest dairy still in business.

It is a closed supply chain: breeding, cultivation of the land, milking, transformation of the milk, direct sale to the final consumer.

The recipe is almost 150 years old, handed down from father to son for six generations.

Only brown milk, rich in calcium and phosphorus, makes Parmigiano Reggiano of a unique quality.

The cows are born and raised in Valserena, feeding on the company's fodder, and can graze on the seven hectares reserved for them.

10% of the surface of Valserena is dedicated to the protection of fauna and the conservation of the typical flora of the area.

Respect for biodiversity is maximum, with growing attention paid to an endangered species such as bees.

It will be energetically autonomous within 2 years.

The packaging of all products is 100% oriented towards sustainability.
