Our products are vacuum packed.

 Shipping and delivery

The requested goods, well packed, are entrusted to the DLS courier who guarantees delivery throughout Italy within 3 working days from the date of shipment for parcels up to 30 kg.
Shipments are made on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid downtime.

 Breakages and tampering

In the event of anomalies or breakages found at the time of delivery, the customer must refuse the package or affix a relative note of what has been observed. In any case, Società Agricola Valserena undertakes to replace and return the damaged product at its own expense, according to the "money back" formula.

 Withdrawal

According to Legislative Decree 185/99, the communication must be sent by registered mail within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. This communication may also be anticipated by fax, provided it is confirmed by registered mail within 48 hours.

 Return

According to Legislative Decree 185/99 the return must take place within 15 days. working days from the receipt of the goods.

 Refunds

The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The only expenses charged to the Returner are those relating to the return of the product.

 Billing data

The invoice will be issued attached to the shipping documentation and delivered together with the goods.

 Warranty

Società Agricola Valserena recognizes a complete guarantee on products that are deteriorated and no longer suitable for food consumption at the time of receipt of the product.
